Say Goodbye

West Salem went ahead and had their Independence Day celebration without us. Imagine the nerve. Instead of celebrating our nation's freedom from the tyranny of England, we packed and packed and bought some stuff and packed. I've come to the conclusion that we're not going to get out of here with everything and that's just fine. We've filled up the trash toter for this week and we'll have one more trash day to go before we actually sell the house. I just don't know where it all will go.

Today we bought a table and chairs. Ragged looked green while we were doing the transaction. Buying all this stuff at once is overwhelming. Now if we could just get some living room furniture we will have something resembling a house when we move over there. Actually the furniture won't be here for 6 weeks. Just enough time for us to get everything put away.
