Who Needs Exercise?

This week the new shows are premiering. On my list of the shows to try are Bionic Woman, Journeyman, Cane, and Moonlight not to mention a couple of old shows like Law & Order: SVU and Survivor. Tonight, I watched The Big Bang Theory and I laughed out loud a few times. Nerd humor is great.

Get Busy

In three weeks, Ragged and I will be taking our first true vacation EVER. We are traveling to Charleston for four days of fun and what have you. Our vacation will be followed up by a trip to Asheville for Ragged's bro's wedding. We'll be there about as long as we are on vacation. It will sort of be a vacation continuation. Fall should be in full force as well which will only enhance the experience. The downside of all of this is the amount of work I have to complete before leaving. I have to do all the work that is due the week will be gone and the work for the following week. I spent some time at the office today doing just that. We will return for a week and then we will be off to Seattle. I'm tagging along on one of Ragged's conferences. She will have to work but I will have another shorter vacation. October is going to be lots of fun. Unfortunately, we will miss the Cache Slash Fest as well as Halloween. You can't have everything, I guess.

Ragged and I spent the weekend with Needlefingers and Pilot. We spent a majority of the time geocaching. It had been some time since Ragged and I have geocached and Needles and Pilot hadn't been for some time as well. I had sort of lost the zeal for it, in fact. We went round and round our fair city and managed to log 21 finds over the weekend and renew our passion for caching at the same time. I'm planning on doing some hides soon. Ragged and I also logged our 100th find. The rest of our weekend included, of course, eating, knitting, coffee, and ice cream and lots of kitty loving. I think a good time was had by all. It sucks when good company leaves. The house gets quiet and the realization that the work week is coming sets in. Boo. Hiss.
